Maneuvers

Master Maneuvers

Approach from the right straight and level the helicopter will make 3 consecutive left aileron rolls (the second roll being upside-down in front of the pilot), pulling up to a straight vertical climb, doing a 360° pirouette (either left or right) and then into a straight vertical tail down line returning to the same altitude approaching from the left tail first, the helicopter will do 3 right aileron rolls, the first one consisting of a 2 point, the second one being a four point, and the third one being a normal roll, and finishing on the right. There will be a definite hesitation between each roll on the three different rolls.
The helicopter with skids down will start from a stationary hover in front of the pilot looking at the left side. The helicopter will then do 2 forward stationary tumbles, returning to a hover. Followed by a right 90° pirouette now looking at the tail of the helicopter. The helicopter will then do 2 backwards stationary tumbles, returning to a hover. Followed by a right 90° pirouette now looking at the right of the helicopter. The helicopter will then do 2 forward stationary tumbles, returning to a hover. Followed by a right 90° pirouette now looking at the nose of the helicopter. The helicopter will then do 2 backwards stationary tumbles, returning to a hover. Followed by a right 90° pirouette now looking at the left of the helicopter.
The pilot will bring the helicopter in to a hover at approximately 10 feet with skids down looking at the left side in front of the pilot then doing 4 pirouettes. The 1st one will be a slow pirouette clockwise, the 2nd one will be a 4 point pirouette counter clockwise, the 3rd one will be a slow one counter clockwise, and the 4th one being a 4 point pirouette clockwise. At this point the helicopter will do ½ forward tumble, nose of the helicopter will be on the right, and will be hovering in the same spot as it was upright. The helicopter will do 4 pirouettes inverted. The 1st one will be a slow pirouette clockwise, the 2nd one will be a 4 point pirouette counter clockwise, the 3rd one will be a slow one counter clockwise, and the 4th one being a 4 point pirouette clockwise. At this point the helicopter will do ½ backwards tumble, nose of the helicopter will be on the left, and will be hovering in the same spot as it was upright. All will be done without losing altitude and moving from the starting point.
The helicopter will approach with skids down from the right doing a constant pirouette (left or right) and continue into an inside loop with a constant pirouette rate and complete 2 loops and exiting to the left at the same altitude and heading the helicopter enter into the loop. The helicopter will return from the left inverted this time and do 2 outside loops from left to right finishing on the right side.
The helicopter will approach from the left while performing continuous piro flips clockwise and making a vertical square in the sky and exiting to the right at the same altitude and heading as entered. Then the helicopter will return from the right doing continuous counter clockwise piro flips making a vertical square in the sky from right to left and exiting on the left.
The helicopter will start in a tail in hover in front of the pilot and will do a 4 point tic-toc starting at 12 O’clock then 3 O’clock, 6 O’clock, 9 O’clock and then back to 12 O’clock with the rotor disc towards the pilot (skids away) and back to a tail in hover. The helicopter then will do a 180° pirouette then the helicopter will repeat the same maneuver nose in, starting at 12 O’clock then 3 O’clock, 6 O’clock, 9 O’clock and back to 12 O’clock with the skids towards the pilot (disc away) and ending in a nose in hover.
The helicopter with skids down will start from the left hovering while looking at the left side of the helicopter. The helicopter will do a tail down rainbow from left to right with a forward tumble at the top ending inverted on the right. Then the helicopter will do a 180° pirouette and then do a nose down rainbow from right to left with a forward tumble at the top ending with a skid down hover on the left.
The helicopter will be flying in from the right with the skids down and start a 720° funnel with the tail down going clockwise (skids in). Then helicopter will exit out to the left at which the helicopter will come back in from the left and do a 720° funnel counter clockwise (skids in) and exit out on the right. The funnel will not lose altitude and will be centered in front of the pilot.
The helicopter with skids down will start from the right hovering looking at the right side of the helicopter. Then the helicopter will perform 2 consecutive rainbows with the first rainbow being a ½ right aileron roll at the top ending in front of the pilot and the second rainbow will be a ½ left aileron roll at the top of the ending on the left side on the pilot. Then the helicopter will return from the left doing 2 consecutive rainbows with the first rainbow being a ½ left aileron roll at the top ending in a front of the pilot and the second rainbow will be a ½ right aileron roll at the top ending on the right in a hover.
The helicopter will approach from the left with skids down entering in to a continuous forward tumble and making a vertical 8. The upper portion of the 8 will be done first with forward tumbles and the transition into the lower portion of the 8 will be backward tumbles, and exiting to the right at the same altitude and heading as entered. Then the helicopter will return from the right doing the same maneuver from right to left exiting to the left.
