Any pilots that want to do the contest needs to e-mail me. If I have more then the contest can hold I will be seting up a online registration that will stop after 15 pilots in each class.

Rooms are based on availability. Rates quoted are per room, per night, single or double occupancy A $5.45 Hotel Service’s Fee will also be added per room per day The above room rates are subject to Clark County room tax, currently at 10% Please note: Room tax is subject to change without prior notice.

Individual room reservations may be cancelled up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to arrival without penalty. Cancellation within forty-eight (48) hours prior to arrival will result in a penalty of one (1) night’s room and tax charge.

In order for your guests to book reservations, please call our Reservations Hotline at (800) 388-8334 and ask for the LVRC Club 2008 group rate. Your guests must make their reservations by February 20, 2008.
